2. On the Copyrights of the presentation
Prerequisites
The authors must ensure that the contents of their presentations do not
infringe copyrights of any other party and that their public presentations
are approved by their affiliate (or any other relevant) organizations as
necessary.
Presentation Materials
Only presentation materials submitted beforehand will be used as the manuscripts for the presentation and Proceedings of the Symposium.
Replacing submitted slides before or at the presentation is prohibited.
Date of publication
The official date of presentation publication will be the 1st day of the Symposium.
Copyrights of the presentation materials
Copyrights of the presentation materials belong to the authors.
Thus, after the Symposium, the authors may contribute or publish their
presentations in any other places which they think appropriate.
Transfer of Copyrights to Japan TRIZ Society
The authors must agree to assign non-exclusive rights on the following
items to Japan TRIZ Society:
・To include the presentation materials into the Proceedings of the symposium
and hand them out to the participants of the Sympsium.
・To sell/distribute the copies of the Proceedings of the Symposium, afterwards.
・To post the presentation materials, either publicly or in some closed manner
on the web sites which Japan TRIZ Society thinks appropriate.
・To take snapshots of the presenters at the presentation and to show them
in publications, postings, pamphlets, etc. which Japan TRIZ Society thinks
appropriate.
Note
Taking photos/videos or capturing of the projected slides (except by the
specified Organizing staff) is forbidden.
Recording of the talks is also forbidden.
This regulation is decided to keep the free atmosphere of presentation
by the Authors
